"I've been with State Farm for decades. Always have had good relationships with my agent, wherever I lived. Not the case with Lana. She's too busy to return emails or phone calls. What if I had a claim to make????? Oh well, I've left State Farm."

"Hi Russ, I want to address your concerns and clarify the situation. I returned your phone call yesterday, but you did not answer. I also responded to your emails on the same day I received them. On the second day of our email correspondence (yesterday), although it was at night due to my busy schedule, I apologized for the late reply and scheduled a call to speak with you first thing the following morning. You then chose to write a negative review for a business I launched on September 1st, 2025, after 17 years of hard work to build it. You initially contacted us to cancel your policy because you had switched insurance providers. My team member spoke with you yesterday when you returned my call and was available to assist you immediately. Since opening, I have received 45 five-star reviews and have worked diligently to provide excellent service. I even offered you a lower rate to encourage you to stay, but you declined and chose to leave a review that could harm the business I have worked so hard to build. "I spoke with Lana last year to see about moving my auto policy to her, but the auto premiums were to high. She said she would call me again this year and she did! I worked with Viri in Lana’s office and she was so pleasant and helpful! She answered all my questions, sent me the information I needed and is saving me money on my auto premiums! She was able to significantly lower my quote. She went over all my options and made sure I got the best coverage for what I needed. You can really tell she cares about her customers and wants to make sure everything is done right. Jessica was also really quick to respond and super thorough, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. If you ever need help with insurance, definitely ask for Jessica—she’s the best!
